My name is joy (21 y.o, Any pronouns), im a self taught digital artist, currently learning 2D and 3D animation, aswell as sculpting and modeling in 3D.
Im fluent in english, my native language is spanish.

Im from Chile, i use Clip studio for everything! i wouldn't know how to describe my style exactly, but i try to make the drawings pretty. i was influenced by Hirohiko araki to learn Art, even tho it's more noticeable in old drawings.

Terms of Service

You, The customer

You have the right to 5 Revisions during the sketch phase, and 3 revisions during the rough color phase. No revision once i start with the full coloring (Unless they are small, otherwise revisions will be charged (5$) extra.)You can ask for other examples of my art, just ask!I will always send you your finished comission if you lost it somehow, just ask!You can ask for an estimate time when the comission will be done.The comission is for personal use only.You cannot use the comission for reselling, or minting it as an NFT.You cannot remove the watermark.

Me, The artist

I have the rights to decline a comissionI retain all the rights to any comission made, i can publish it and use it for my portfolio.If the client wants the rights for commercial use they should ask beforehand. depending on the client and the use of the comission, the price for commercial use will vary.

Payment

Once the client agrees to the price, the payment is upfront via Paypal.Usual clients can pay half first. (i consider somene an usual customer after 2 comissions)
Any monetary compensation made without the written consent of the artist is treated as a donation.Once the payment is made, the client cannot force a charge back. otherwise they will be blacklisted and i will be free to post their contact everywhere i see fit for others to watch out.

The comission

To comission me, you must contact me through Discord or Twitter!Specify just exactly how you want your comission to be, with as much detail as possible. This includes references for the pose, Colors, or anything significant to the comission unless you want me to have creative freedom over some things.if anything in the comission is not specified by the client, i will take it as you giving me creative freedom over it.Since the moment i receive the money, i get to work ASAP and i'll present you at least 2 sketches to choose from and i will recommend one. These sketches will have a big watermark across the drawing.Then i will be notifying the client of any progress made.if any unforeseen issues get in the way with the comission, the client will be notified as soon as possible. if im unable to continue the commission for any reason, i will refund 100% of the money.The comission will take 14 days MAX. usually less.Once i finish the artwork, i will ask for your email to send the full resolution piece.

To summarize, you contact me through discord or Twitter > Tell me what you want > if i agree, i will tell you the full price > if you are ok with the price, proceed to payment.Once payment is done i get to work!if you have any questions feel free to message me!"joy45s" on discord and Twitter.
